schools and parents.

Name: To identify the user (Student, Parent, or Teacher).
Mobile Number: Used as the primary login credential and for communication purposes.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information to optimize app
performance.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, biometric data,
or precise location data from the app users directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for school-related purposes:
To facilitate communication between the school and parents.
To provide access to student attendance, homework, fees, and notices.
To send important notifications regarding school activities.
4. Device Permissions
Our app requires specific device permissions to provide a seamless school messaging experience. We only
request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the app's core functionality.
Internet Access (INTERNET): Required to connect to school servers, fetch
real-time student data (attendance, homework, notices), and sync information.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, VIBRATE): Required to send you timely alerts
about important school announcements, attendance status, and homework updates. Vibration ensures you
don't miss these critical alerts.
Background Processing (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, WAKE_LOCK): Ensures that you
receive notifications even if you haven't opened the app recently or if your phone has restarted.
This is critical for time-sensitive school alerts.
Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Used to schedule precise reminders for
upcoming events or fee payment deadlines so you never miss a date.
Fullscreen Alerts (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): Used for high-priority alerts that
need your immediate attention, ensuring you see urgent school messages on your lock screen.
Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): Allows the app to process data
synchronization and notification handling reliably in the background without being killed by the
system.
5. Account Creation & Sign Up
No Public Sign-Up: There is no option for the general public to sign up for this
application.
Accounts are strictly managed by the School Administration.
User accounts (Parents/Teachers) are created by the school admin.
Login credentials (Name & Mobile Number) are provided directly by the school to the authorized
users.
Users cannot self-register on the app.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
We respect your right to be forgotten. However, since this is a school management system, data
integrity
is crucial for academic records.
How to Delete Your Account?
Users cannot delete their own accounts directly within the app. This is to prevent
accidental deletion of critical academic records.
To request account deletion:
Please contact your School Administration directly.
Or submit a request to the app administrator who will coordinate with the school.
Once the school verifies and approves the request, the user's personal data will be permanently
removed
from our active databases.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against
unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of
transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
